POLICIES

CANCELLATION

YOU MAY ONLY CANCEL UP TO 20% OF YOUR TOTAL REGISTRATIONS. A PERSON IS REGISTERED UPON CLICKING OK TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. For example, if you reserve 50 spots, you may only cancel 10 spots. You will be responsible for the FULL camp fee if ANY cancellations exceed the 20% at any time. Please refer to your deadline calendar for important cancellation deadlines that are specific to your week of camp.

ROOMING

Rooming assignments are due TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start date of your cap. To ensure your church group rooms together, we must have your rooming assignments by the deadline. If your rooming assignments are turned in after the deadline, you will be charged a $25 per day late fee. 

Two weeks prior to your camp start date, we will not allow camper and/or leader changes unless it is an equal gender and leader/camper change. For example, you can replace a male camper with a male camper, or a female leader with a female leader. However, you cannot replace a male camper with a female camper, or a male leader with a female leader. We will make no exceptions. 

If you have rooming changes within two weeks of your camp start date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any changes to rooming assignments made within two weeks of your camp start date. 

T-SHIRTS

All t-shirt requests must be made online through your Camp KidJam account. T-shirt requests must be received by May 5, 2025. If we do not receive your t-shirt request by this date we cannot guarantee that you will receive the correct sizes for each person registered with your group. 

TRACKS

All track assignments must be submitted online through your account. All track assignments are due two weeks prior to your camp start date. To ensure that campers go to their first choice track, please enter them as soon as you receive them. You can find a list of track descriptions in the forms section of the website. 

SMALL GROUPS

All small group assignments must be submitted online through your Camp KidJam account. Please provide us with the names of your Small Group Leaders in the first column and how many campers will be in each group in the second column. This information is due two weeks prior to your camps start date. 

Camp KidJam will provide ALL supplies needed for your small group activities and have them ready for you following each Jam Session. Snacks will be provided with the evening small group supplies. 

HEALTH FORMS

Each person attending camp, both leaders AND campers, must have a health form filled out prior to arrival at camp. Please help us keep our check-in times down and make sure all forms are accounted for prior to arrival. 

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

Camp KidJam is not responsible for communication between parents and their kids. Please give the parents a leader’s cell phone number to contact in case of an emergency.
