Colette (Coco) Taylor is the Executive Director of Programming at Orange, the President of Bedrock Productions, where she is the Director of Camp KIdJam. She was one of the Directors of Family Ministry at North Point Community Church for ten years where she produced the Grow Up conferences and played an integral part in developing family ministry environments.

Adaptable and flexible, Colette has mastered the art of working with unpaid volunteers to help them achieve their most significant ministry potential. Sometimes equipped with little more than a sketch on a three-by-five notecard, Colette develops the framework and fabric for engaging, meaningful events. For 15 years, she has brought these skills to OrangeLeaders.com, overseeing the production and logistics and growing systems for team and talent development of all Orange events. She has been leading Camp KidJam for over 15 years.

Coco has two beautifully talented daughters, Kristi and Jessica, and one amazing son-in-law, JR, who all live in Atlanta, GA. She lives north of Atlanta (where there’s less traffic) with her husband of 39 years.

Adam is the Volunteer Coordinator at Downtown Harbor Church, a forward-thinking church committed to reaching families and embracing culture in its community. He transitioned to this role after spending nearly 15 years in family ministry. Adam also leads conferences for volunteers and serves as a communicator at Orange where he has written “Not Normal - 7 Quirks of Incredible Volunteers,” “Leading Not Normal Volunteers”, and the “Art of Group Talk - Kids.”

Adam is also the President & Founder of Travelmation. Travelmation is one of the fastest growing Travel Agencies in the country, specializing in Disney Destinations. 

He and his wife, Katelyn, live near the beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, along with their daughter Libby and their petite goldendoodle, Dottie.

Kellen Moore is a nationwide conference, camp and tour speaker and host. He is a leader of the next generation of leaders and is the Next Generation Pastor at Our City Church located in sunny Southern California. Kellen has pastored in full-time student and children's ministry for over a decade and now alongside his incredible wife, Katie Matsumoto Moore, they desire to grow the local church together for many more years to come. He partners with Orange (The reThink Group, Inc.), speaking and hosting at conference, tour, podcasts and is featured on the So & So Show!

When Kellen has down time, you can catch him watching movies with his lovely wife or making life one big dance party!

Lauren brings years of event and camp experience to the team. She was on staff at First Baptist Fort Lauderdale, where she facilitated their Sunday morning elementary experience.

Lauren worked for Orange for 9 years, before branching out on her own to help several companies create excellent events. She has not only managed logistics and registration for Orange Events and Camp KidJam, but over the years has jumped into the production side by running Pro, producing sessions and managing the production team.

She lives in Cumming, Georgia with her very spoiled, but very cute dog, Noodle.
