WHO CAN ATTEND CAMP KIDJAM?
Kids entering the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades in the Fall of 2024.
HOW MANY LEADERS SHOULD I BRING?
You must have one leader for every seven kids that you’ll be bringing (1:7). This means that for every seven boys, you’ll need a male leader and for every seven girls, a female leader. Each dorm room will accommodate two kids or two leaders per room (most rooms are dorm suites.) We will NOT allow housing arrangements with one leader and one camper in a room, so please plan accordingly. And we will not allow boy campers to attend without a male leader or girl campers to attend without a female leader.
IF I REGISTER A GROUP BEFORE THE PRICE INCREASE BUT ADD MORE TO MY GROUP AFTER THE PRICE INCREASE, CAN I STILL GET THE LOWER PRICE?
All new registrations and additions to existing groups made on or after February 1, 2024, will be charged the increased registration price.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR LEADERS TO ATTEND CAMP?
The cost for leaders is the exact same as the cost for kids. They will attend all the same activities, except for Tracks/Color Wars. During that time, our staff and interns will take the kids, while the leaders go to Leader Training.
CAN MY BUS DRIVER STAY ON CAMPUS?
Yes, of course! To arrange a room for your bus driver and get pricing, please email us at info@campkidjam.com.
HOW SHOULD PARENTS KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THEIR KIDS DURING CAMP?
Please give the parents of your students your cell phone number. This way they can get in touch with their child through you or someone that is with your church. Neither Camp KidJam nor the campus locations are responsible for getting parents in touch with their children.
CAN PARENTS VISIT THEIR KIDS AT CAMP?
No, we do not allow parents to visit their kids while they’re at camp. This is for the safety of the kids. If we have tons of parents visiting, it’s hard to know who is a parent and who is a potential stranger. We will not make any exceptions.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE CAMP STORE AND HOW MUCH SPENDING MONEY SHOULD MY CAMPER BRING?
We have drawstring backpacks, baseball caps, water bottles, T-shirts, and more. We also have great resources for leaders. We recommend that campers bring no more than $40. And please make sure that their money is in a wallet or Ziploc bag with their name on it! Camp KidJam is not responsible for lost spending money.
WE’RE THINKING ABOUT BRINGING A GROUP OF KIDS TO CAMP NEXT YEAR. CAN WE VISIT ONE OF YOUR CAMPS THIS YEAR?
Absolutely! But since the safety of our campers is our number one priority, we require that every person who visits camp has a host. The host will answer all of your questions, show you around, introduce you to our staff and interns, show you all of the different Tracks and Color Wars and treat you to lunch if you choose.
